Each person must deposit 15% of the total trip cost 30 - 60 days prior to the start of the trek. There are two ways to make the deposit: Money transfer, or you can send US dollars, Euro or other currencies, to the Himalayan Unforgettable  Adventure Pvt. Ltd. bank account.

Himalaya Unforgettable  Adventure is a government licensed trekking, Peak climbing and other activitis company in Nepal. In the following terms and conditions, we accept your bookings.

In order to confirm your bookings we require a non-refundable deposit US$ of 50% down payment in advance to book the car transport, flight tickets, hotel booking and permit process too.

  • Note: If you cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded. However, provided you notify us of your cancellation before your final payment is due; your deposit may be transferred to another tour listed in this web site at any time period.

It is a condition while booking a trek with Himalaya Unforgettable Adventure that travelers/trekkers must be protected by insurance that covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and lost of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects. All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf. It is important that any insurance policy issued to cover emergency evacuation for a trek does not exclude alpinism or mountaineering. Rescue insurance is not available in Nepal .

If you return back or cancel the trip without completing it your payment will  not be refunded.

If you cancel your booking after you have paid for the holiday in full and less than 10 weeks before departure the following charges are applicable (calculated on the day written notification is received by us and expressed as a percentage of the total tour price):

 

  • if you cancel the trip 6 weeks before departure 15% (deposit non-refundable)
  • if you cancel the trip one month before departure 30%
  • if you cancel the trip 3 weeks before departure 35%
  • if you cancel the trip two weeks before departure 45%
  • if you cancel the trip one week before departure 55%
  • if you cancel the trip three days before departure 60%
  • if you cancel the trip on same before departure 70%

Bookings must be done 35- 60 days prior to your planned trekking date, to reserve a place. We will confirm your booking by email after receiving your deposit. This amount can be sent by bank-to-bank transfer, Western Union transfer ).

You are expected to make the full payment at the time of check in to your hotel on arrival in Kathmandu.
