“Everest base camp trek”
The best thing you'll ever do! The trek was unbelievable, Durga was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Making the whole thing so smooth. Samdu our guide was perfect, couldn't have been more helpful. Hassan our porter was amazing, I don't know how he does it. All in all a fantastic experience I'd recommend to anyone looking for a bit of adventure

Tamang Heritage Trail, Langtang Valley Trek
Nach der Empfehlung im Stefan Loose Reiseführer hatten wir uns bereits zuhause bei der Vorbereitung unserer Reise mit Durga Tamang in Verbindung gesetzt. Das persönliche Gespräch in Kathmandu hat uns dann voll bestätigt, mit Himalayan Unforgettable Adventure den absolut richtigen Partner für unseren geplanten Trek gefunden zu haben.
Der 14-tägige Tamang Heritage Trail in Verbindung mit dem Langtang Valley Trek war perfekt organisiert, unser sehr netter Guide Singhi und Träger Krisna haben uns mit ihrer offenen, freundlichen Art wirklich unvergessliche Erlebnisse ermöglicht. Die Kombination der beiden Treks mit Tamang- Dörfern, kulturellen Eindrücken, unterschiedlichen Vegetationszonen und phantastischen Panoramablicken war einfach großartig. Dabei waren auch einige für uns sinnvolle Änderungen der geplanten Tagesetappen ganz selbstverständlich spontan möglich.
Sehr gefreut hat uns auch die sehr persönliche Begrüßung durch Durga nach unserer Rückkehr und die Verabschiedung einige Tage später am Flughafen, beides wirklich bezeichnend für den Spirit der Agentur.
Wir können Himalayan Unforgettable Adventure nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Tamang Heritage Trail, Langtang Valley Trek
According the recommendation in the Stefan Loose travel guide we had already contacted Durga Tamang from at home during the preparation of our trip. The personal conversation in Kathmandu confirmed that Himalayan Unforgettable Adventure was absolutely the right partner for our trek.
The 14-day Tamang Heritage Trail in connection with the Langtang Valley Trek was perfectly organized, our very nice guide Singhi and porter Krisna made with their open, friendly nature really unforgettable experiences possible for us. The combination of the two treks with Tamang villages, cultural impressions, different vegetation zones and fantastic panoramic views was absolutely great. Some for us helpful changes of the planned daily stages were also spontaneously possible.
We were also very pleased with Durga's very personal greeting after our return and the farewell a few days later at the airport, both really characteristic for the agency's spirit.
We can warmly recommend Himalayan Unforgettable Adventure.

“First Visit to Nepal”
It was my first visit to Nepal and I was anxious about my ability to manage the trek. I am 58 and keep active and fit but I am not used to the heights of the Himalayas. Thanks to Durga's care and planning I found the trek was well within my physical capacity. He was a friendly and charming guide (with very good English) but also allowed my partner and I to have our own space. It was wonderful to witness village life in the Tamang Region - young women laughing together as they washed their clothes in a tumbling stream, little children playing happily nearby. The teahouses were comfortable and the people who ran them very friendly. They provided an amazing variety of foods. I highly recommend the apple pancakes! The landscape was breathtaking and well worth the steep ascents. I just took my time and rested when I needed to. If you are looking to travel in this region I highly recommend Himalayan Unforgettable Adventure.

“Magnificent Mustang”
Choosing Himalayan Unforgettable Adventure and Durga Tamang as our (local!) travel company and trekking guide was definitly the best decision for our Nepal trip. Not only that the trekking was organized in a thoughtful way! Durga showed us through spectacular landscapes and beautiful villages, led us to old monasteries in remote valleys and guided us on small paths off the beaten track (sometimes even on the horseback). We really enjoyed his caring company and his humorous kind. If we come back to Nepal one day we will definitly go on a trek with Himalayan Unforgettable Adventure again! Mirjam & Leo
